This museum features rotating exhibitions and a permanent collection that includes pieces by Andy Warhol, Keith Haring, Roy Lichtenstein, and many more. They also have a cafe on site that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner with outdoor seating.

They offer free admission on Fridays from 5-8 pm, so if you are looking for some culture during your stay here in town, stop by!

2.  Desert Botanical Garden  |  1201 N Galvin Pkwy, Phoenix, AZ 85008, United States

If you ever find yourself in Phoenix, AZ, and want to get away from the hot desert sun for a bit, we highly recommend checking out Desert Botanical Garden! It is always nice and cool inside this botanical garden with over 50 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens. There are so many different types of plants and flowers that you will never know what to look at first. Plus there are great indoor exhibits as well such as the Orchid Showcase and Butterfly Garden. Who doesn’t love butterflies?
 

This is a beautiful place to visit. In the garden, you can see cacti and other desert plants that are only found in the Sonoran Desert region of North America. The gardens are open year-round with tours offered Tuesday through Sunday from 9 am-4 pm. There is also a gift shop for those who wish to take something back home after their trip!
 

The garden’s mission is to inspire appreciation of the Earth’s diverse plant life and to promote environmentally responsible gardening practices. Currently, there are over 100 acres of land with more than 50,000 plants representing 1300 different species from around the world.  
 

There are also many different animal exhibits featuring desert life such as coyotes and snakes. One highlight at Desert Botanical Garden is their bird habitat which allows for up-close viewing opportunities as well as educational tours and discussions on how they manage various birds including endangered species like the bald eagle! Other highlights include an exhibit called “The Living Wall” which illustrates how desert plants use water and nutrients differently.
 

Desert Botanical Garden is a beautiful location for people who are in the Phoenix area. It’s a great way to spend some time and enjoy nature without having to go too far from the city.  If you’re looking for something to do on your next vacation, this should be at the top of your list!

3.  Scottsdale Historical Museum  |  7333 E Scottsdale Mall, Scottsdale, AZ 85251

If you’re looking for a classic, old-fashioned museum experience in the middle of Scottsdale Arizona, visit the Scottsdale Historical Museum. This quaint museum is located on the grounds of what was once an 18th-century Native American village and offers visitors a plethora of exhibits to choose from. The museum helps preserve and educate those who are interested in Arizona’s rich history and culture as well as its ancient past. It has been designated by UNESCO as one of America’s 11 most important historic sites. Be sure to stop by this gem today!
 

The museum features exhibits that showcase Arizona’s natural beauty with animal mounts from both North America and Africa as well as a collection of photographs by famed photographer Ansel Adams who captured some of the most iconic images of Western America during his professional career. There are also displays that demonstrate how we have evolved over time like one room set up like the 18th century.
 

It is a museum that houses the history of this affluent Phoenix suburb. With exhibits on everything from Native American tribes to the Old West, there’s something for everyone.  They have an incredible collection of Western art and artifacts, including original paintings by Charles Marion Russell and Frederic Remington. The Scottsdale Historical Museum has been preserving our past for over 60 years. The Scottsdale Historical Museum’s goal is to preserve and share the rich story of Scottsdale for current and future generations. Visitors are invited to explore an interactive exhibit on Native American Cultures that includes videos, recreated habitats, and hands-on activities. There is also an exhibit for children called “The Mystery of History,” where they can dress up as explorers or use tools to uncover hidden clues in their search for “treasure.” 
 

Visitors have access to a library with more than 12,000 books about Western America, as well as maps, newspapers, and journals dating back 150 years.

A new church has recently opened in Scottsdale Arizona. Banner Church, a nondenominational Christian church, is the newest addition to Scottsdale’s list of religious centers. Things are already looking promising for this location as it plans on having services every Sunday at 10:00 AM and 8:30 PM. If you’re interested in checking out the new church before committing yourself to anyone specific denomination then come check out Banner Church! They would love to have you there!
 

There are many different services to choose from including Contemporary Sunday Morning Service, Praise and Worship Services, Wednesday Night Bible Study, and more! They offer two locations for people who want to attend. Banner Church also has its own TV show on Spectrum Cable’s Channel 12 called “BannerTV” which airs on Sunday mornings at 10 am.

There are plenty of activities that can be done together as a family and many different events happening throughout the year. If you want to get out of town but don’t want to travel too far, Chaparral Park is just what you’re looking for!
 

The park has an abundance of hiking trails and scenic views that are sure to keep you entertained for hours. And don’t forget about all the animals! Chaparral Park is home to two different animal habitats: one for wolves and coyotes, and one for prairie dogs. There’s also a petting zoo where kids can learn more about farm animals in Arizona like cows, goats, horses, and pigs. So pack up your picnic basket today because Chaparral Park has something for everyone!
